DEVELOPING A PERSONAL PROJECT
Most photographers develop an idea for a personal project while shooting something else. The very activity of shooting and reflecting on your results can suggest fresh and compelling ideas. If you’re stuck for an idea, carry your DSLR camera with you each day for a week and shoot a visual diary of your activity. When reviewing your results, mark the best shots and see if you want to explore any aspects further.
